Independence Day USA
In the United States, Independence Day, popularly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of
Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Independence Day is normally associated with fireworks,
parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, political speeches and ceremonies, and different other public and private
events celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States. Independence Day is the national day of the United States.
Independence Day honors the birthday of the United States of America and the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. It is a day
of picnics and patriotic parades, a night of fireworks and concerts, and a reason to fly the American flag.
Independence Day 2011
Independence Day 2010 celebrates the birthday of the United States of America. Founded July 4th 1776, with the signing of the Declaration of
Independence, America is celebrating it's 235rd birthday this year (2010). The 4th of July is a time for the Red and Blue. It is a day of family celebrations
with barbecues and picnics, showing a great deal of emphasis on the American tradition of political freedom. Activities associated with the day include
watermelon eating competitions and sporting events, such as baseball games, three-legged races, swimming activities and tug-of-war games.
Independence Day is a nationalistic holiday for celebrating the positive aspects of the United States. Several politicians appear at public events to
show their support for the history, heritage and people of their country. Several people display the American flag outside their homes or buildings.
Several communities arrange fireworks that are often accompanied by patriotic music. The most impressive fireworks are shown on television. Some
employees use one or more of their vacation days to create a long weekend so that they can escape the heat at their favorite beach or vacation spot.

WASHINGTON DC-- The President of Baloch Society of North America (BSO-NA) Dr. Wahid Baloch extended greetings to the people and the government of the
United States on their 235rd Anniversary of Independence. He sent a Letter to President Obama.
Here is the text of his Message.
A MESSAGE OF CONGRATULATIONS

Dear Mr. President:
On behalf of Baloch Society Of North America and Baloch nation, I would like to extend our Message of Congratulations to you and the American people on the
235th Independence Day of our great country.
As a soon-to-be sovereign country, Balochistan looks up to America as a model country to emulate. Your government has stood the test of time. Your Declaration
of Independence, your Constitution with its Bill of Rights is still in practice since the Founding Fathers of your country drafted it and left it as a guiding star for all
subsequent generations of Americans to follow. Your public school system is still the basis of American education. Freedom and equality brought forth by the
consequences of the civil rights movement in America will make any nation proud.
American patriotism is proof of how much your people love their country. Those who have served America have been willing to give up more than they gained.
They have had no idea how things would turn out. The men who have signed the Declaration knew they were declaring themselves as traitors to England and
would be hung if they were caught.
The Baloch patriotism is gaining strength. Baloch freedom fighters are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to liberate Balochistan from the Islamic Republics of
Iran and Pakistan. We – just like your country’s Founding Fathers – have no idea how things would turn out for us. But, for the love of our country and liberty, the
Baloch nation gladly accepts to be declared traitors to Iran and Pakistan, and we are ready to face any consequences as a result.
On the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration, citizens came to John Adams in the last days of his life to ask him what they should say at the ceremony
on his behalf. He thought for a minute and said, “Independence forever.”
Sir, in the spirit of this auspicious day in the history of the United States, it is important for you to realize that similar to your Founding Father's desires, the Baloch
people are struggling for liberty. We also want to have independence forever in Balochistan.
