and intelligence agencies in front of Zahid Medical Store in Hub town. According to the local sources the abductors were in two vehicles and were uniformed.

Urgent Appeal for the life safety of a Baloch journalist and for
another Baloch activist

Respected Media protection and human rights organizations,

Following is a news about the abduction of a baloch journalist and it is strongly believed that Pakistani secrete services organizations i.e. M.I and I. S. I. are behind
his abduction for writing critical articals and for covering the news stories of Baloch disappearances in news papers.

Baloch Voice Foundation/Association strongly condemns the Pakistani state Organizations for such acts and also condemns the Pakistani state for backing state
organizations for doing such acts.Trying to bent down the writers and media organizations by such inhumane acts is a crime and war against humanity and
civilizations. Baloch Voice Foundation asks for the immediate safe release of the both victims and if there are any charges against them produce them to any court
of law.
As per the news Mr. Javed Naseer Rind a Baloch writer and Journalist was abducted at 21:00 O clock on 10th September 2011 from his computer IT shop at down
town of Hub an Industrial city of Balochistan.  According to the details,an other Baloch political activist Mr. Abdul Samad Tagrani Finance Secretary of the BNM a
Baloch political Party was also abducted by the armed men of Pakistan military and intelligence agencies on the same evening from the Zahid Medical Store front,
of the Hub town.

I request to all, immediately raise voice for the safe recovery of the both victims. The life's of both of them are in extreme danger. It is a normal practice of the state
agencies abduct Baloch activists, writers, journalists, lawyers, and students etc. and throw their tortured and mutilated dead bodies on road sides and in the
deserts. Baloch Voice Foundation appeals from all International human rights and media and journalists organizations to raise voice immediately and strongly for
the safe recovery of the both victims.

More than a dozen Baloch journalists have been abducted or killed by the state agencies in the past twenty months. For us it is more painful to say that the
Pakistani media is also silent about the State agencies abuses against the Baloch people.Unfortunately, it is a mere fact and most of them recognize it in the
private discussions. At such a critical time we also request the Media personals, journalists and media organizations from inside the Pakistan as well to stand up
against the human rights abuses of the Baloch people by the state agencies by publishing the news and incidents of Balochistan professionally.

Best Regards,
