Condemn Balochistan's Military Operation.

Amnesty International local group (USA) from Chicago welcome Afzal Ali Bugti as a Speaker who speaks about
Baluchistan and the tribal areas where situation is getting worst and worst. His allegations was serious
human rights violations in Baluchistan must be investigated. He appeals to Amnesty International visit all
affected areas. He said arbitrary arrests and detention, torture, extrajudicial executions, "disappearances" and
use of excessive force by security and intelligence forces committed since early 2005.

Extrajudicial executions are strictly prohibited under the Constitution of Pakistan which in Article 9
provides, "No person shall be deprived of life and liberty, save in accordance with law".

Four waves of violent unrest took place in 1948, 1958-59, 1962-63 and 1973-77. In early 2005, tensions in
Balochistan again increased . Local groups welcome all parts of the world to participate in their campaign for
the betterment of their struggle against humanity. Ali Bughti is a U.S citizen living in chicago concerned about
the families elders and childerens whom are the victim of Army attacks. There were more than 20 Human right’

Since May 2005, Amnesty International has issued a series of urgent actions relating to some of the large
number of reported "disappearances" in Balochistan. The organisation fears that people who are
"disappeared" are particularly at risk of torture as perpetrators feel safe in the knowledge that their actions will
not be made known and that they will not face criminal charges.

Amnesty International also appeals to all armed fighters and armed groups to abide by international
humanitarian law, in particular the rules that are binding on all parties to a non-international armed conflict.
These rules prohibit, inter alia, torture, hostage-taking, deliberate killing of civilians and other non-combatants
and indiscriminate attacks.
