In 1948, Soon after the creation of Pakistan, Pakistan invaded the
sovereign independent state of Balochistan and forcefully annexed it
into Pakistan. Balochistan, rich in oil, gas and minerals with a 900
miles of strategically located warm water coastline is under the
Pakistani illegal occupation for the last 60 years. Ever since, the Baloch
people have fought and are still  fighting against the illegal occupation
of their land and the exploitations of their resources to restore their
freedom back. Thousands Baloch have died in this war. Many are
 missing and thousands of Balochs  including women and children
have been made homeless due to Pakistani bombardments and they
are living under harsh conditions.


 Shortly after the murder of top Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Akbar
Khan Bugti by Pakistani military in Aug 2006, Baloch people gathered
at  the "Grand Balochi Jirga",The Grand Balochi Jirga (gathering)  
denounced the Pakistani military operation in Balochistan and extra
judicial killing of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti and they unanimously made
a declaration to challenge the illegal occupation of Balochistan at the
 International Court of Justice (ICJ)  in the Hague.
Baloch Society of North America (BSO-NA) is working to uphold and honor the mandate and decision of the grand Balochi Jirga. A team of
expert International lawyers has been consulted to handle the case. All the preliminary ground work has been completed. The Only thing
that remains is the funding of the case.  On behalf of Baloch Society of North America appeal to all the Baloch worldwide and friends of
Baloch to come forward and support the case.  Please help us;
  • If you believe that  Balochistan's illegal occupation and genocide of Baloch people must end.
  • If you believe in freedom and you stands for  justice.
  • if you are against the Pakistani state terrorism.
  • if you are against the oppression, genocide and torture in any form or shape.
  • If you are against illegal detentions, killings, and disappearances of innocent people in Balochistan and Sindh or anywhere.
  • if you think Pakistan is terrorist state. Please help us fight Pakistani state terrorism against the Baloch and Sindhi people.
  • if you think Iran is a terrorist state, Please help us to fight Iran to free Baloch land from the Iranian illegal occupation too.
