A huge demonstration was organised on 24 Jan 2006 by: Scandinavian Baloch resident and some political
parties; against ongoing military operations in Balochistan.The demonstrators called upon, Norwegian
prime minister and other world leaders for their intervention to stop Pakistani Generals from committing
genocide in Balochistan, and urged them to send a fact-finding mission to war-torn regions of Balochistan.
The participants raised slogans against Pakistani military and General Musharaf and in support of the
righteous struggle of Baluch people.Scores of Baloch Political parties , special from BPP and BNM and
Balochistan voice Sweden,s avtivist from Scandinavian countries joined this demonstration gainst
pakistani dictatorship.
APPEAL:
1. Genocide in Balochistan must be stopped immediately and political means must be found for the
solution of deteriorating situation in Balochistan, before it is too late.
2. Immediate intervention by western democratic power in general and united nation and Norwegian
government in particular, in order to saving lives and suffering of Baloch people and preventing kind of
genocide.
3. Wounded and diseased must be allowed to seek medical helps and let the people to bury the death
bodies.
4. Pakistani government must respect the appeal of human rights commission, Amnesty international,
other human rights groups for the release of illegal detainees.
5. Baloch people demand for their political, economic and social rights guaranteed in Pakistan’s
constitution and international human rights laws must be respected
