| A BLACK DAY ON EID IN BALOCHISTAN |
Baloch Society of North America (BSO-NA) Joins hands with their brothers and sister in Balochistan to observe “Black Day on EID” to
protest against the ongoing military operation, illegal arrests, detentions and tortures of Baloch sons and against the gross human right
violation in Balochistan.
Balochistan has been a victim of Pakistani state terrorism since its occupation in 1947, Thousand Baloch have been killed and many are
behind Bars and are still being tortured, including Dr. Allah Nazar, Goher Baloch, Akhtar Nadeem, Dr. Yousuf, Majid Samad Baloch, Fazal
Baloch, Ali Asghar Bangulzai, Jan Mohammad Marri, Gorham Baloch, Saleh Baloch and many others.
Despite the concerns and frequent request from Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), Amnesty International and other human
right groups, the ongoing protest and hunger strikes in all over Balochistan, demanding the release of Dr. Allah Nazar and all other illegal
detainees, Pakistani authorities have arrogantly shut their eyes and closed their ears to the just demands of Baloch nation and they
continue their human right violations in Balochistan and are in constant refusal to let all these illegal political detainee go or have access
legal justice and urgent medical treatment that many of them desperately needs, as a result of electric shocks, torture and inhuman
treatments.
The Baloch people are asking the world community," How long Baloch people have to suffer more? How long more we have to be tortured
in the hands of Pakistani military dictators? When the human right violations against Baloch people will end? And when the will the
Pakistani tyranny against our people ends?"
BSO-NA asks all its members in North America to observe Black day on Eid and wear black bands around their arms to expose the
Pakistani crime against our Baloch Nation.
